Alex Rodriguez

I am an Identity and Access Management professional with hands-on experience administering Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), SailPoint, and Okta in regulated environments. I focus on practical security: accurate access, authentication troubleshooting, MFA support, and enforcing least privilege.

In my current role I administer IAM platforms, support user provisioning and lifecycle (JML), and lead access reviews and certifications to meet audit and compliance needs. I partner with security and infrastructure teams to resolve access issues and improve controls.

Earlier roles in technical support honed my problem-solving, customer communication, and data-protection skills. I am pursuing certifications (ISC2 CC scheduled, Security+ in progress) and have growing interests in security engineering and automation using PowerShell and Python.
