I’m an Identity & Access Management professional with 5+ years of IT experience, specializing in Active Directory administration, RBAC, privileged access management, access provisioning, and enterprise user support. I focus on strengthening secure access policies through reliable onboarding/offboarding and fast, access-related incident resolution.
In IAM roles, I resolved 10–15 access requests and incidents daily while managing Active Directory security groups, user access, and provisioning/deprovisioning. I supported enterprise governance with CyberArk and Azure MFA administration, aligning access changes to RBAC standards and information security compliance.
I also bring hands-on PAM and authentication support experience, including migrating to CyberArk Privilege Cloud SaaS and configuring CyberArk safes, platforms, and password rotation policies.
