At HCA Healthcare, I provision, modify, and remove access across enterprise healthcare systems while supporting onboarding, transfers, terminations, governance reviews, and compliance requirements. I partner with HR, IT, and business owners to maintain role-based access and secure access controls.
I've spent more than 12 years in healthcare access management and previously delivered technical support and service delivery at HP. I also mentor team members, coordinate workloads, improve processes, and provide Tier 2 support for access incidents through Remedy.
