I am looking for a role that values innovation and collaboration, where I can further develop talent acquisition strategies and mentor teams.

With over 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, I have successfully led teams and developed innovative sourcing strategies that empower organizations to meet their workforce needs. My journey has taken me through various roles, including my current position as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where I lead a team of six specialists and support over 40 recruiters. My focus on collaboration and strategic planning has allowed me to implement impactful sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions across multiple departments.
