What I'm looking for

I want to scale a governed AI intake and prioritisation model, build role-based enablement pathways and an AI Champion community, and partner with Technology, Data, Legal, Risk, Security, and Procurement to roll out copilots/GenAI with adoption, usage, productivity, and ROI dashboards.

I’m an AI Adoption, Enablement and Transformation leader with 12+ years of experience turning digital and AI strategy into governed, scalable organisational adoption. I combine enterprise portfolio leadership, change management, capability building, and hands-on AI/ML literacy.

As a Senior Portfolio & Program Manager, I lead governance and strategic oversight of a portfolio of 1,500+ projects—coordinating multidisciplinary teams of 50+ professionals and a network of 10 portfolio focal points. I drive adoption of AI, analytics, and digital capabilities by connecting business demand with technology capabilities, governance requirements, and executive decision-making.

My core approach is practical and measurable: I prioritise use cases using strategic value, feasibility, risk, readiness, dependencies, and impact, then translate complex AI concepts into guidance for executives and functional users. I build executive dashboards and KPI frameworks to track adoption, delivery, risks, resource use, and benefits realisation—and I’m also a PhD Candidate in Artificial Intelligence focused on AI-supported decision-making and portfolio governance.
