I’m a Director focused on turning AI potential into real, measurable value. With 25+ years across technology, business strategy, and communication, I lead AI strategy and adoption where ROI, scalability, and practical execution matter.

At CBRE, I drive AI adoption across Spain, Portugal, and Latin America, delivering an 85% AI adoption rate in Year 1. I’ve implemented 15 business cases with measurable ROI, created 30+ custom AI agents, and built solutions combining LLMs, RAG, RPA, APIs, and diverse data sources to automate business outcomes.

I also manage an AI portfolio tied to enterprise results—delivering document data extraction that reduced processing from days to minutes, and supporting 12 business units with an enterprise prompt repository (200+ prompts). Through 50+ workshops and pre-sales demonstrations, I’ve trained 800+ employees and enabled leaders to pitch and deploy AI with confidence.
