I've led AI-powered knowledge management, digital banking, and transformation programmes at the Inter-American Development Bank, Diners Club Ecuador, and bocal.online. My work connects business priorities to technology roadmaps, scalable products, and measurable delivery outcomes.
At IDB, I managed mission-critical technology programmes across 26 countries supporting more than 1,000 employees, while overseeing portfolio governance, budgets, risk, executive reporting, and cross-functional delivery. At Diners Club Ecuador, I led digital product strategy across payments, onboarding, loyalty, and Super App initiatives, including the modernization of legacy banking platforms and more than 100 digital initiatives.
I'm particularly interested in leading responsible AI transformation, strengthening technology operating models, and helping organisations scale modern, data-driven capabilities.
