I'm a strategy, innovation and growth professional with over 10 years of experience in programme leadership, business development and strategic partnerships across Europe.
Throughout my career, I've combined strategic thinking with hands-on execution, developing new initiatives, building cross-sector collaborations and finding practical solutions to complex business challenges.
At S2 Xpeed, I directed the Support Program, contributing to the acceleration of 34 European industrial and hardware startups. One of my key achievements was initiating and developing a new operating model, replacing fixed cohorts with continuous admissions and tailored support. I also developed strategic partnerships, operational methodologies and performance management processes.
Previously, at EIT InnoEnergy, I worked directly with startups on business creation and client success while also leading Cleantech Camp. I designed and led Open Innovation initiatives, connecting corporate challenges with emerging technologies through structured selection processes, feasibility assessments and opportunities for co-funded pilots.
What sets me apart is my ability to identify opportunities where others see obstacles, challenge existing approaches and translate ideas into actionable solutions. I enjoy taking ownership, working with diverse stakeholders and bringing structure to complex initiatives.
