What I'm looking for
I’m a responsible, results-oriented Customer Relations Specialist with experience in digital communication, customer support, and sales. I’m known for strong communication skills, quick problem-solving, and staying consistently organized when handling sensitive customer situations.
In my roles at Georgian Water and Power, I managed complex and sensitive customer cases by analyzing customer needs and developing tailored, solution-focused responses. I coordinated with internal teams to ensure cases were resolved to completion, monitored company responses, and supported timely issue resolution across channels.
Before that, I worked as an Art Consultant at Tbilisi Marriott, where I assisted customers in selecting and purchasing artworks and maintained active client communication. I also continue building my skills through Digital Industry Academy studies in Graphic Design (UI/UX Design) and Digital Marketing, and I bring a fast-learning, process optimization mindset to every new challenge.
