I'm looking for a customer or product support role where I can resolve technical issues, collaborate across teams, and support international customers through clear, fast communication.

At LegitGrails, I support international customers across live chat, email, Facebook, and Instagram, handling 800+ interactions monthly while maintaining 95%+ CSAT. I troubleshoot order and platform issues, create technical tickets, and coordinate escalations through resolution using Zendesk, Front, Shopify, Slack, ClickUp, and UIBakery.

I've also translated and written for On.ge, supported client relations at ProCredit Bank, and helped organize Georgia Couture Fashion Week. These roles strengthened my customer communication, research, documentation, translation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
