Shalva Devadze

I’m a customer support professional with experience in live support, back office work, and service desk environments. I’ve worked in roles focused on helping users and keeping support operations running smoothly.

I also bring hands-on experience with Jira, Service Desk, Grafana, and Kibana, along with familiarity in back office workflows. I’m comfortable working across tools and supporting fast-moving teams.

Beyond support, I’ve gained customer-facing experience as a tour guide, transfer guide, and front office team member. I’ve also worked as an administrator and a tutor, which strengthened my communication and reliability.

Since I was 13, I’ve been participating in volunteering activities, and I value service, responsibility, and continuous improvement. I’m looking for a role where I can combine support skills with the tools and systems I already know.
