I've delivered high-touch customer service in a luxury designer brand showroom in Tbilisi, handling inquiries, complaints, order processing, product recommendations, and personalized styling advice. I manage customer communications across phone, email, and in-person channels while supporting sales through upselling, cross-selling, accurate records, and seamless follow-up.

My American Studies degree has centered on independent research, writing, and public presentation. For my thesis, I examined competing racial political philosophies in the United States through academic literature, historical sources, political discourse, and media representations, and I presented original research at international American Studies conferences.

I've also learned in multilingual international settings through an exchange semester in France, Model UN conferences, NATO–EU policy discussions, and Erasmus+ project work. I bring Georgian and English communication skills, cross-cultural awareness, and a collaborative approach to public engagement and team projects.
