I'm currently coordinating compensation, benefits, and pay-transparency work at Sony Music Entertainment Germany, including the FY2026 merit and bonus review for approximately 500 employees across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Across Best Secret Group, GEA Group, and Pfizer, I've developed compensation structures, benchmarked salaries, supported global rewards programs, and implemented tools including Gradar, SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Workday, and Mercer methodologies.
At Pfizer, I partnered with leaders and employees across the DACH region and Adriatics on compensation, HR business partnering, talent processes, restructuring, mobility, and recruitment. I helped achieve Great Place to Work certification for the Adriatic region and hired approximately 30 employees for Pfizer's Berlin site.
I enjoy listening to people and supporting their needs—something I see as central to effective HR. I bring international HR management training, Italian as my native language, and fluent German, English, and French to cross-border people work.
