At PwC Deutschland, I support the creation of materials for client consulting on compensation systems and research and analyze compensation structures. Previously, I was responsible for delivering and improving an onboarding event for early-career employees, while adapting its processes to improve participant satisfaction.
At Ruhr – Universität Bochum, I processed and analyzed data and supported research and project work, including humAIne, a center for human-centered work with AI. My academic work includes a publication on employment structure in the Ruhr area and research on fairness perceptions and acceptance of company measures.
