I’m an HR People Services “My Query Advisor” who helps employees get the right answers quickly and reliably. I administer critical HR and legal processes—handling subpoena responses, unemployment claims to mitigate liability, and educational assistance programs—while ensuring every request is researched and resolved with care.

In my current and recent roles, I manage employee references and visa letters, respond to calls, emails, and chats with responsiveness and efficiency, and keep functional knowledge up to date. I also support People Services operations by handling purchase order and invoicing requests, partnering with cross-functional teams to address HR-related concerns end to end.

Before People Services operations, I worked in talent acquisition, running end-to-end recruitment from initial screening and in-depth interviews to job offers, employee contracts, and accurate 201 records. I’ve built strong workflow discipline across Applicant Tracking Systems (like iCIMS), HR data tools (Workday), and service platforms, and I take pride in being the person colleagues can count on for accuracy under volume.
