What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex digital or SaaS delivery, partnering with product, engineering and business teams to improve flow, manage risks and dependencies, and turn strategic objectives into measurable outcomes.

I've led Agile SaaS and digital product delivery at Spektrix, Quant and Codurance, helping cross-functional teams create clearer priorities, stronger coordination and more predictable delivery.

At Spektrix, I improved delivery systems through Kanban, WIP limits, throughput, cycle time and Monte Carlo forecasting. I helped product, engineering, design and business stakeholders make informed decisions about commitments, risks and dependencies.

Through Codurance client work for Acuris and Dealogic, I combined hands-on engineering with technical coaching and legacy modernisation. My background includes C#, Java, React, Angular, JavaScript, Node.js and modern practices such as TDD, BDD, CI/CD and pair programming.

I'm now building Reflect Together, an online professional supervision community for counsellors and psychotherapists. I own delivery from user needs and requirements through launch and iteration, using feedback and platform data to improve recruitment, onboarding and participation.
