I’m a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with experience across data entry, customer support, sales administration, and digital operations. I support AI-assisted workflows through data annotation, prompt evaluation, and quality assurance, while also contributing to translation and content review.

In my most recent role as a Sales Marketing Executive, I build and maintain client relationships, educate customers on products and policies, process payments, and keep accurate CRM and transaction records. I also coordinate procurement and support project administration with a strong focus on data accuracy.

Earlier, I worked as a Data Entry Clerk where I entered and updated large volumes of data, performed verification and cleansing, and used Microsoft Excel, Jungo, and CRM systems for reporting. I’ve also delivered remote customer care through phone, email, and live chat—documenting interactions precisely—and supported translation and localization via content validation.
