What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Customer Success/Operations role where I can own escalations, improve service delivery processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support retention and satisfaction—ideally in a fast-paced fintech environment.

I’m a customer success and operations professional with experience across fintech, banking, and hospitality. I focus on “issue resolution,” “client communication,” and delivering exceptional customer experiences from first contact through follow-up.

At OPay, I assisted customers with account, transaction, and service-related inquiries in a fast-paced fintech environment. I managed multiple requests and escalations across support channels, and I identified recurring issues to help improve operational processes.

Previously at United Bank for Africa (UBA) and Almuzian Corporate Housing, I supported banking products and guest journeys through accurate, compliant service. I coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns, maintain accurate records, and use proactive communication to strengthen satisfaction and retention.
