I’m looking for a high-end hospitality team where I can design personalized menus, lead kitchen operations, and deliver seamless guest experiences—while keeping strict food safety, controlling food costs, and managing staff with consistency and care.

I’m a Private Chef with 10+ years of experience in high-end hospitality, focused on personalized dining experiences, menu design, and kitchen operations management. I design customized weekly menus that match guest needs, dietary requirements, and retreat or family themes.

In recent roles at Mamawata Retreats and Casa Pacífico, I managed sourcing of fresh, high-quality ingredients, accommodated personalized guest requests, and supervised kitchen staff to coordinate service operations. I also controlled food costs, optimized resource usage, and maintained strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Earlier in my career, I managed daily kitchen operations as Kitchen Manager at Surf Simply, and worked across multiple roles including Main Griller and Sous Chef & Kitchen Assistant at high-end venues.
