My background spans leading global FMCG companies, and I’ve consistently built scalable commercial models that work in high-growth environments. From defining category and pricing strategy to strengthening in-store merchandising and promotional execution, I focus on what drives sustainable results.
I develop and coach multifunctional teams across store and central office, embedding accountability and routines for performance management. I also design operational processes from the ground up—turning strategy into repeatable, measurable ways of working.
Currently, I’m expanding the convenience format in the coastal region, and I generate new revenue streams through partnerships and foodservice concepts.
