I'm driving global sales transformation and profitable market growth for TLT-Turbo, where I hold full commercial responsibility across global business units and report directly to the Advisory Board and shareholders.

I've restructured sales and service into a KPI-driven matrix organisation, rolled out AI-driven sales infrastructure for pipeline management, and realigned APAC operations by relocating a service hub to Vietnam. I lead executive EPC contract negotiations, manage commercial risk and compliance, and develop intercultural teams across the USA, India, and South Africa.

Previously at BRUGG Lifting, I expanded the division's revenue by 30% within two years, increased EBITA to 19% through value-based selling, and secured eight-figure R&D and joint-development contracts with Mitsubishi Group. I also built global distributor structures, led an international field sales force, and launched new system solutions internationally.

My background includes global key account management at ORGAPACK and international sales, plant sales management, and executive-board support roles at Ferrum, Thermoselect Heavy Machinery, and SIG Group. I combine an M.Sc. in Sales Engineering with technical-business, compliance, change-management, and Six Sigma training.
