At Softensity, I support a multi-tenant Azure SaaS platform serving more than 400 client tenants across SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and PostgreSQL databases. I handle Sev1 and Sev2 incidents, tracing issues from HAR captures through Application Insights to the SQL query.
I built AI-assisted troubleshooting skills in OpenCode that check platform applications, retrieve related Jira tickets and known fix scripts, review Application Insights, and investigate Azure with read-only PowerShell commands. I also automate recurring SQL and reporting tasks with Bash and PowerShell.
At GPI Consultores, I delivered Azure consulting in the retail and credit-management sectors and coordinated releases through Azure DevOps. Earlier, at Tek-Experts, I progressed from L2 Azure Support to L3 Azure DevOps Support and troubleshot pipelines, Git workflows, and Docker containers.
On my Crypto Trader Dashboard project, I built a local web app with explainable, rule-based signals, a reconciled trade ledger, and performance analytics. I’m deepening my skills in systems architecture and design, and I’m technology-agnostic: I start with the business requirement and choose tools that fit.
