Architected and maintained enterprise CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Groovy, Helm, and GitOps (Argo CD), improving deployment reliability and delivery velocity. Led zero-downtime, multi-cloud Kubernetes provisioning across OpenShift, EKS, GKE, and KOPS, and migrated a SaaS region to a fully GitOps-driven workflow.

Automated Azure deployment and environment management using PowerShell, Azure DevOps pipelines, and ARM templates. Contributed to an internal web portal for managing and automating Azure deployment environments and advised on Citrix virtualization and delivery architectures.

Built ML training datasets from structured data using SQL and cleaned/preprocessed raw inputs with Python tooling. Trained and evaluated classification models (scikit-learn and neural networks) with MLflow tracking, and integrated resulting AI capabilities into a production Python application.

Handled technical escalations for Citrix XenServer and Linux issues, performing root-cause analysis and problem management. Built Python automation web apps for Salesforce case management and reporting using Flask, SQLAlchemy, Dash, and Docker, and mentored frontline engineers with technical learning guides.

Enforced security policies across Linux and Windows machines using Chef and Puppet (CIS-CAT Benchmark). Automated AWS infrastructure and administration with Python (boto3), CloudFormation, IAM controls, and CI/CD workflows integrated with TeamCity and GitHub, including scripted integration tests.

Administered VMware vCenter/vSphere and enterprise storage platforms, and managed Microsoft systems including SCCM and SCOM. Led operations across Oracle and SQL Server administration, Linux SAP/Oracle environments, and enterprise collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Lync, Exchange), plus mobile device policy management with AirWatch/BlackBerry MDM.

Designed and implemented university network expansion to improve internet access for students and staff. Administered Linux services including Apache, Squid proxy, iptables firewalls, and Sendmail, and supported network infrastructure with routers and switches.

Earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering from UTN (Universidad Tecnológica Nacional) in Santa Fe, Argentina.
