What I'm looking for
I’m a systems engineering and Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator (AZ-104) focused on cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems, and technical solution support. I bring a strong bias toward scalability, operational excellence, and customer success, supported by hands-on experience across enterprise environments.
In my current role at Microsoft (Accenture), I perform system administration and cloud platform support, including technical troubleshooting, escalation management, API & multi-integrations, and cloud performance monitoring. I also conduct technical gap analysis to align solutions with operational feasibility and scalability across large-scale Microsoft Azure environments.
Previously, at Pure Storage, I served as a Technical Support Engineer delivering enterprise support for Pure Storage FlashArray systems. I led troubleshooting and operational guidance for high availability, reliability, and performance optimization—working across VMware, Windows Server, and Linux (CLI), while supporting integrations and storage/data protection operations.
I also bring practical database and automation skills, including SQL & database validation, Python programming, and ETL/ELT concepts, along with real-world enterprise onboarding and warranty/SLA management.
