I am a dedicated Site Reliability Engineer currently working at IBM in San José, Costa Rica. My role involves ensuring the availability and optimal performance of services through effective system monitoring and issue management. I have a strong background in container orchestration, particularly with Kubernetes, which allows me to streamline application deployment and scaling. My commitment to enhancing team efficiency is reflected in my development of Bash scripts for automation, as well as my participation in on-call shifts to provide 24/7 support for incident resolution.

Previously, I served as a Cloud Support Engineer at SoftwareONE AG, where I resolved incidents related to critical components such as Exchange Server and Azure Active Directory. My experience includes delivering exceptional support on the AWS platform, ensuring efficient remote work environments. I take pride in mentoring interns, guiding them through a comprehensive training program that significantly improved their skills and knowledge.

In addition to my professional experience, I am passionate about community engagement. I founded and organized the Linux Study Group & Community in San José, where I lead discussions on Linux, Kubernetes, and DevOps topics. This initiative not only fosters hands-on learning but also promotes collaboration and knowledge sharing among participants.
