What I'm looking for
I’m applying for the Administrative Assistant role because it’s the kind of work I’ve been doing for almost 7 years now, working with clients in a remote environment. Keeping my clients running their daily operations smoothly and providing a proactive approach.
Over the past several years working remotely, I’ve supported different teams with day-to-day admin tasks like managing emails and calendars, coordinating with clients, handling data entry, and keeping records accurate and up to date with their own built-in CRMs.
One thing I’ve learned from working in different roles is that customer service, tech support, sales, medical advocate, and admin. I never had these experiences, and yet I always passed and was able to gain those experiences with each and every individual client. Every team works a little differently, and I’m comfortable adjusting to new tools, processes, and expectations without needing constant supervision. If something needs to get done, I figure it out and follow through.
