In my current role as a Recruiter & Driver, I recruit and screen qualified CDL drivers, coordinate interviews, and manage background checks, drug screenings, and DOT compliance documentation. I maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, networking, and consistent follow-up, while also operating commercial vehicles safely and efficiently by meeting FMCSA, DOT, and company regulations.

Earlier in my career, I strengthened customer satisfaction through responsive, detail-oriented service as an Associate Banker in relationship management, and I led Sales & Operations as a Department Manager, driving inventory control, team performance, and service leadership. I’m at my best where strong communication, process improvement, and dependable execution directly support both people and operations.
