At Schneider, I support truck driver candidates throughout the recruiting process, from responding to calls, chats, and texts to reviewing qualifications, identifying disqualifying factors, and making hiring decisions.

Previously, I interviewed candidates, scheduled teams, onboarded and trained employees, coached performance, and resolved workplace concerns at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen. My customer service and financial services experience has strengthened my communication, accuracy, documentation, and ability to manage multiple priorities, while I pursue a Communications degree with interests in human resources, employee relations, compliance, and business operations.
