What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a company with a good growth trajectory and a positive work culture. I would love to find myself somewhere that I have plenty of room to grow, since I've experienced a great deal of upwards mobility in my career. I want a place that can provide me a career, not a part-time job.

I'm an ambitious and dedicated worker looking for a company to call home. I have five years of management experience where I oversaw all operations related to recruiting and customer service/sales. My recruiting experience was all full-cycle, so I took on the task of writing and posting ads, sourcing candidates, screening applications, interviewing, hiring, training, and onboarding new employees. I also oversaw all operations in the customer service department, including writing scripts and getting our company-wide retention rate up to 92%. I trained new sales agents as well, and handled our SEO marketing and Google Ads account to drive more traffic, resulting in a 150% increase in call volume when I took over. I can take on many different roles and excel at them, and I'm excited to find a company to give me the opportunity to shine!
