I’m a Systems Engineer with over 4 years of experience in business environments, managing databases and generating technical reports. I’m Google-certified as a Data Analyst, driven by critical thinking and constant curiosity to turn data into actionable information.

In my current role as a Technical Support Executive, I manage databases, perform backups, and help ensure the integrity and availability of information for enterprise systems. I also document incidents, solutions, and procedures to keep records structured and traceable for later consultation and analysis.

Previously, I supported technical operations by performing data quality control and validating functional requirements. I generated monthly Excel reports with key Help Desk metrics, integrating visualizations to support auditing and decision-making.

I’m now seeking my first opportunity as a Data Analyst to add value through analysis and interpretation. My toolkit includes Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau, and I’m excited to apply it to real business questions.
