What I'm looking for
I’m a Systems Engineering student with a focus on Data Analytics and Cybersecurity. I bring a problem-solving mindset grounded in technology, and I’m bilingual in English (C1) and Spanish (native), which helps me translate complex requirements into clear outcomes.
In my recent role at Iron Mountain as a Senior Representative, Customer Care, I managed B2B account lifecycles across multiple critical cases and handled strategic communications tied to contract closures. I proactively generated productivity reports and performance metrics using Salesforce, improving visibility into account status and operational efficiency. I also supervised compliance with internal protocols for service termination to ensure data integrity during corporate information transfers.
At Concentrix, I evolved from Program Ready Trainer II to Subject Matter Expert (SME). I designed and delivered technical knowledge transfer programs for new hires, then analyzed learning indicators and efficiency curves to continuously adjust training methods and meet required technical quality standards. As an escalation point, I resolved technical issues using technical documentation and process logic, while ensuring correct policy application through quality control and real-time data validation.
