At Serviship Suppliers, I developed and supported process automation solutions using Power Automate, SharePoint, Excel, and N8N. I also organized shared information and analyzed data for reports and process monitoring.
For an academic data analysis project, I cleaned and transformed databases, developed a Google Apps Script solution to reduce manual work in task and procurement management, and created visualizations with Python, Pandas, and Matplotlib. I’ve also provided independent technical support, resolving software, configuration, and hardware issues.
