I’m a data analyst with experience processing, analyzing, and automating large volumes of operational data in the insurance sector. I design ETL processes, executive Power BI dashboards, and data models that help management make decisions at national scale.

In my day-to-day work, I use SQL on PostgreSQL, integrate REST APIs for bulk uploads and queries, and build automation in Python, JavaScript, and Google Apps Script to eliminate recurring manual processes. I’m strongly focused on data quality, database administration, and regulatory compliance of information.

As a Junior Support Analyst, I consolidate, clean, and analyze operational data using deduplication by case number, field normalization, and DANE geographic code mapping. I also built executive dashboards in Power BI (data modeling, DAX measures, KPIs, heat maps) and advanced Excel reporting, and I automated ETL routines feeding government reporting templates with strict validation rules. On the technical side, I administered PostgreSQL (optimized extraction queries, user/permission management, scheduled backups and restorations) and executed REST API bulk uploads with request construction, authentication handling, response validation, and data-integrity verification.

I complement analytics with functional and information systems support: I managed DOCUM document workflows, roles, and permissions to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance, and handled L1–L2 incidents through Aranda Service Management and Zendesk using root-cause analysis and knowledge-base documentation. I’ve also built projects like a finance PWA with React and Supabase/PostgreSQL, and automation systems integrated with Google Sheets for scheduling, holiday handling, ledgers, and automated notifications.
