I’m a Data Analyst focused on turning messy data into trustworthy insights with Python, SQL, and Power BI. In my current analytics role, I “Cleaned, validated, and transformed datasets using SQL and Excel,” then performed EDA to identify inconsistencies and improve data accuracy and consistency. I also “built decision-making” dashboards by tracking KPIs and delivering clear visualizations that support data-driven decisions.

Before this, I strengthened my analytical foundation in customer and operational environments as a Customer Support Analyst and later a Support and Sales Analyst—where I analyzed recurring issues, found root causes, and improved resolution efficiency while managing “100–120 customer records per day.” I bring that same results mindset to automation, having built an end-to-end Python/SQL pipeline and implemented AI-based task generation (Ollama API) plus text-to-speech and translation workflows with validation and modular, scalable backend logic.
