At TRM Labs, I oversee day-to-day security and IT operations that keep people, devices, and core SaaS platforms secure and productive. Iām the primary contact for identity and access management, endpoint management, security incidents, and IT support workflows.
I contribute to access-control and incident-response policies, support SOC 2 Type II, UK Cyber Essentials, and FedRAMP efforts, and created an internal IT support agent to help new team members fill knowledge gaps.
At Compass Real Estate, I managed network infrastructure supporting more than 300 offices and 40,000 users. I also led network deployments for new branch offices and created documentation and processes for network operations.
I founded and operate Shop Humble, a woodworking business where I design and build handcrafted products and manage production, sales, and customer service. Earlier at Apple Inc., I provided technical support and held roles including Genius and Inventory Control Manager.
