I am a motivated Software Support and Payments Support Specialist with hands-on experience supporting 100+ of customers daily true support and onboarding.

At NCR Ltd. I installed, configured, onboarded and maintained hardware and software for over 10000 clients while keeping detailed records of interactions and solutions. I also, developed training manuals and troubleshooting procedures used across multiple teams for personal, professional and customer use.
