What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT/support role where I can own onboarding and access provisioning, troubleshoot user issues, and resolve tickets quickly with strong process control, communication, and customer-first problem solving.

I’m an IT Fulfillment Agent with hands-on experience in technical support, account provisioning, ticket resolution, and equipment order tracking. I hold the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, with training in troubleshooting, operating systems, networking, and systems administration.

I support onboarding and offboarding workflows by provisioning and removing access across PestPac, Google Workspace email, Active Directory, and other third-party applications to keep account security and process compliance strong. In a fast-paced environment, I resolve incident tickets through Google Chat and email, closing 20–35 tickets daily (and up to 35–70 on task-intensive days) while managing shipments and equipment reorders.
