At Cutover, I lead a six-person SDET team and built custom AI tools that cut sprint regression execution from a full sprint to three hours. I also introduced AI-assisted exploratory testing and code review.
I moved release operations to a predictable two-week cadence with release exit criteria that include performance testing. Over three years, we delivered 75+ on-time releases, while high-severity customer-reported bugs fell 35% year over year.
I grew the automated suite from 150 specs and 200 tests to 400 specs and 700+ tests by driving adoption of a Page Object Model architecture and establishing flaky-test governance. I also reduced the legacy defect backlog by more than 60% through risk-based prioritization.
At Airbnb, I owned UI and API testing for payment flows and currency conversion systems, and helped stop more than 300 defects from reaching production. At GovSpend, I led creation of the company's first automated test framework using BDD practices and integrated it into CI with Jenkins.
