Dr Cila Myburgh is a registered Industrial (Work and Organisational) Psychologist, certified Change Practitioner, and senior international HR, Organisational Development and Change Management Reform Lead with over 20 years of experience supporting large-scale public-sector and institutional reform programmes.

She has led and advised on complex reforms across central banks, government authorities, statutory bodies, and higher-education systems in South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and South Asia. Her expertise spans operating model and organisational design, HR and talent management reform, governance frameworks, performance management systems, and leadership-led change.

Dr Myburgh is recognised for translating strategic plans, legal mandates, and international technical assistance (including IMF and donor-funded recommendations) into practical, implementable organisational and HR reforms, and for working effectively with Boards, Ministers, Governors, senior executives, and multi-stakeholder environments.
