I’m a motivated IT professional with 2+ years of academic and practical experience in system administration and technical support. I troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows and macOS environments, with a focus on secure, compliant operations.

In my ICT Officer Trainee role, I documented and maintained precise IT asset inventory logs to ensure 100% compliance during onboarding and offboarding. I resolved daily hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, including VPN configurations for secure remote access, and I used Kaseya, Intune, and Jamf for device management, deployments, and system security updates.

I provide first-line technical support for Microsoft 365, Zoom, and Slack, helping end-users keep communication and collaboration running smoothly. I’m also building deeper technical capability through my BSc. Computer Science program and work like a Linux Server Administration lab (user accounts, permissions, cron jobs, and logs), supported by certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Linux Fundamentals.
