What I'm looking for

I'm available for a six-month contract and can work with flexible scheduling.

At Minerva Risk Advisors, I deliver first-line IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. I also coordinate with external vendors and field support teams on escalated cases.

I administer Active Directory and CRM systems, assist with system security reviews, and generate custom SQL-based reports. I provide end-user training and use internal systems to log incidents and track issues against SLA requirements.

I participated in chatbot development and the implementation of AI-based support tools. My work also includes remote support, Windows environments, helpdesk ticketing, and foundational networking and cybersecurity.

Earlier, I taught ICT and mathematics at Springs of Grace Senior School and supported front-end development, debugging, and application testing during an internship at Alliance Technology Pvt Ltd. I hold a Bachelor of Science Honours in Information Technology and have earned the ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) and ITIL v4 Foundation certifications.
