I’m a detail-oriented, highly motivated Information and Communication Technology graduate with a solid foundation in systems development, networking, database management, and IT support. I bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and I’m comfortable troubleshooting issues to keep technology working reliably.

As a Trainee IT Engineer at Vendortek, I supported sales and technical support through client consultations, installing and configuring systems, and helping with invoice setup and operational support. I configured and upgraded hardware and software to improve system reliability and client satisfaction, and I resolved escalated technical queries to deliver timely solutions while supporting operational objectives.

Earlier, as a Support & Warranty Intern at AxisSolutions, I helped onboard clients onto the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) TaRMS FDMS platform, providing guidance to support smooth integration and compliance. I diagnosed and resolved technical issues affecting client integration, and I configured and maintained hardware, software, and network systems for reliable connectivity—backed by cybersecurity training such as Kaspersky CyberSecurity and Huawei’s Seeds for the Future program. I’m now seeking an entry-level opportunity to design, implement, and maintain efficient, secure, scalable technology solutions while growing professionally in a dynamic organization.
