I’m looking for a remote customer support role where I can handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints quickly, maintain accurate records with CRM/data entry, and help improve customer experiences through clear communication.

I’m a Customer Support Specialist with 4+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, and client relationship management. I respond to customer inquiries via email and in person, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain customer records while collaborating with teams to improve service.

I’m also experienced with data entry, filing, billing, invoicing, and inventory support, and I document customer interactions to ensure issues are handled consistently. As a B.Sc.
