At OneStream, I lead a distributed team of seven Business Development Representatives, Senior BDRs, and a Team Lead across EMEA and APAC. I own recruitment, onboarding, coaching, mentoring, performance management, territory strategy, demand generation, and pipeline forecasting.
Since joining OneStream in 2021, I've been promoted three times from individual contributor to Senior Manager, Business Development. My teams achieved 154% of target in FY23, 140% in FY24, and 165% in FY25, generating more than EUR 25.6M in closed-won revenue across 57 deals; I've also supported five team promotions into AE, Customer Success Manager, Senior BDR, and Team Lead roles.
Previously, I led Rocket Delivery's market entry into Portugal and a dual-market launch in the Netherlands and Portugal, hiring its first two AEs and closing more than 70 clients in nine months. I enjoy building teams, developing people through coaching and feedback, and partnering across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Enablement.
