I seek an entry-level customer service or logistics role where I can apply bilingual communication, data annotation and quality-focused skills, grow professionally, and contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented team.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (GPA 3.4) from Africa Nazarene University and focus on customer service and maintaining quality standards.

Since 2021 I have worked as a general freelancer, and I previously served as a customer care assistant at Iris Port Conveyors and a logistics intern at Embu Water & Sanitation Company, gaining hands-on experience in customer-facing support, logistics coordination and data annotation.
