At Michael Baker International, I lead a six-person communications and stakeholder engagement team supporting FEMA, resilience, infrastructure, workforce, and organizational transformation engagements. I shape communications architecture, stakeholder journeys, readiness approaches, and executive materials for high-visibility federal initiatives.
I've led stakeholder research and 17 listening sessions for FEMA's Technical Mapping Advisory Council, synthesizing findings into six unanimously approved recommendations. I also serve as Program Manager for the Maryland Transportation Authority Francis Scott Key Bridge Local Hiring Initiative.
Previously, I led communications and stakeholder engagement for the VA Electronic Health Record Modernization at Oracle Federal Health and supported workforce modernization for the Department of Defense. My work turns complex policy, technology, clinical, operational, and organizational change into clear, audience-centered communications that support understanding and adoption.
Across FEMA's National Flood Insurance Program, General Dynamics, and T-Systems Hungary, I've led teams, advised executives, guided merger and transformation communications, and strengthened brands and stakeholder relationships. I bring 18+ years of experience connecting strategy, change, and engagement across highly matrixed environments.
