What I'm looking for
I’m an Internal Communications and Change Management leader who turns strategy into measurable results through people-first leadership. I drive enterprise transformation, employee engagement, and workforce adoption by translating complex business and HR strategies into clear, engaging messaging that employees can act on.
In my current role, I lead enterprise-wide internal communications and change management for large-scale organizational initiatives across customer-facing and corporate teams. I manage and optimize associate-facing intranet platforms and internal channels to improve accessibility, consistency, and engagement—then reinforce leadership alignment through executive-level communications, talking points, intranet content, implementation guides, and change narratives.
I apply the ADKAR methodology to support adoption strategies, improve employee readiness, and reduce resistance to organizational changes. I partner with senior leaders, HR stakeholders, operations teams, and training functions to build communication plans and employee-facing content that strengthen alignment and workforce performance, including acquisition integration efforts and global change readiness.
I also lead performance management communications using employee feedback, engagement surveys, stakeholder sessions, and KPI metrics to refine what we say and how we measure impact. Previously, as a Store Manager, I led turnaround efforts for six underperforming locations, coaching leaders through change management principles and building transparent, accountability-focused communication that strengthened execution, engagement, and retention.
