As an IT Support Officer intern, I created and maintained IT documentation, diagnosed complex technical issues, and monitored system performance to ensure optimal functionality. I also assisted in deploying new applications and maintained a secure network infrastructure.

In my role as a volunteer IT Support Officer, I monitored computer systems and networks, created IT documentation, and performed daily system checks to ensure security and performance. I also installed and configured IT equipment for users.

As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, I assisted in test planning, executed manual and automated tests, identified bugs, and collaborated with team members to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Currently pursuing the Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate certification.

Currently enrolled in a course on Data Protection.

Completed a Cybersecurity Certification program.

Completed a course on Cloud Computing Security.

Enrolled in a six-month bootcamp at Moringa School. Gained experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML & CSS for web page structure and styling, and JavaScript for interactive elements.

Graduated with Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSc IT). Here is what I earned during the four year program: Computer Networks, Operating Systems, Information Security and Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure and Cloud Computing.
