What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles that connect customer understanding with business goals—where I can apply marketing strategy, brand thinking, and clear communication to help drive sales and support strong customer experiences.

I’ve been co-responsible for daily operations and sales performance as an Assistant Store Manager at Ice Retail in Sandnes, including monitoring sales trends and training staff to improve structure and performance.

Before that, I worked as a Sales Consultant at Eplehuset in Stavanger, where I sold Apple products and services, simplified complex offerings for customers, and supported colleagues with product knowledge and customer communication.

I also handled the full customer journey at Europcar in Sola—from reservation to vehicle return—managing inquiries by phone, email, and in person, and resolving complex situations under time pressure.
