Doaa Alghussein is a client services and business development professional with more than 10 years of experience building client relationships, driving growth, and leading teams across healthcare, non-profit, education, and corporate settings.
As founder and CEO of DynaLnx, she led business development strategy for startup and SME clients, identified new market opportunities, and managed accounts end to end. She also built CRM systems and automated marketing workflows that improved client acquisition and campaign performance. Previously, as Office Services Supervisor at DLA Piper, she directed daily operations and led a multidisciplinary team, co-leading an office relocation across two corporate sites with zero operational downtime.
Earlier, as academic principal at Aljazari International School, Doaa reversed a planned branch closure by building strong parent relationships and engaging the community, taking enrollment to full capacity with a waiting list, while supervising and mentoring a team of 50+ staff. At Circle of Care, Sinai Health, she supported funder and stakeholder engagement, program initiatives, and partner communications within a healthcare institution. Her earlier roles include managing international workforce and entrepreneurship programs at Core Istanbul Business Hub and coordinating community-based workforce empowerment projects at the National Center for Community Rehabilitation.
Doaa holds an International Project Management Certification from the University of Toronto and has built on it with fundraising coursework at Toronto Metropolitan University. She also holds a bachelor's degree in English education from Al-Azhar University. She is fluent in Arabic and English, conversational in Turkish, and currently developing her French.
